Dr. Jessica Mervau, DDS

At the start of my appointment, I was asked for my credit card. Her expectation is that I was going to pay for all services up front and submit the bill to my insurance later. What stood out was that they fail to mention that when booking and are not in network with any insurance companies.

I LOVE DR.MERVAU #nicestdentistever. She makes you comfortable from the get go, and let my fiancé hold my hand while she gave me a filling. 10/10.

I saw Dr. Dudley for comprehensive care on my upper teeth. I had 4 crowns on my front teeth (another provider). I had gum irritation & discomfort from the older materials. Dr. Dudley recommended re-doing the crowns to restore my gum health (plus the added cosmetic benefit of a uniform smile). Dr. Dudley answered my questions on the process. He also explained the crucial health benefits. He gave a clear explanation of my options (bridge vs. individual crowns) & opined on the best plan. Dr. Dudley provided me a SmileSIM to show the projected end result...the actual results look really close to the simulated ones. Dr. Dudley personally checked in & answered a few more questions about the healing process. At my final appointment, Dr. Dudley showed me the permanent crowns & explained the installation. The new crowns look natural, & fit perfectly. I already noticed & feel a positive difference. Dr. Dudley’s dedication to my oral health & his perfectionism have exceeded my expectations.

I saw dentist Dr. Mervau at Abundant Smiles in Denver and they tried to scam me with fear/guilt into a dental service I didn't need. Her hygienist made me feel so horrible, it took reassuring from other dentists after, that my teeth were okay. The hygienist pushed for a deep cleaning after an oral exam. I told her I was on my cycle (makes gums sensitive) and she was heavy handed and hurtful when measuring my gum pockets. Her attitude was one of general disgust, and shock when I relayed that no one had recommended a deep cleaning before and I go regularly. I told Dr. Mervau I was uncomfortable with this reco for treatment, and more upset with her hygienist's awful bedside manner. Upon leaving I tried to pay but Dr. Mervau clearly told me that I would NOT BE CHARGED for anything, and that she was sorry. Now 3 months later they are trying to get me to pay for a bill. Seriously? I think the hygienist was purposely aggressive so I'd go for the extra deep cleaning which costs $1000+!

I highly recommend coming to see Dr. Jessica at Abundant Smiles! She is extremely knowledgable and also uses the newest technologies in dentistry. I didn't realize a dentist appt could be so interesting, but she was able to show me enlarged high quality photos of all my teeth to show me exactly where there were issues. She lets the patient know everything she is doing and thinks needs to be done. The place itself is also very cozy and well decorated so it has a warm and calming feel.
