Ms lackey didn’t preform a Alveoplasty b4dentures.
Jessica lackey did not perform a Alveoplasty after pulling my upper teeth and placing Dentures.Causing a lot of pain and discomfort for me.Now I have to have another Dentist perform the Alveoplasty procedure to be able to get Dentures to fit properly and be without pain and discomfort.which is going to cost more for procedure to be done because it wasn’t done at time teeth were removed and dentures placed. I had to go on antibiotics for a mouth infection and severe mouth sores do to dentures placed with out Alveoplasty. I returned dentures to Jessica lackey for refund to be sent back to Insurance company.Due to altered dentures don’t fit properly.Jessica lackey agreed to sign paperwork for refund and reversed claim for another dentist to make dentures.But as of today.Proper refund and proper insurance reversal has not been issued.Leaving me with No dentures or the refund to have another dentist to make my Dentures. I have almost choked to death several times due to having no teeth.
