Dr. Jessica Blakely, DDS

Such a disappointing experience. I had thought that Dr. Blakey had seemed promising. She was well educated and appeared to be a good dentist, but I was staggered by her callous and almost cruel disinterest n my treatment. The experience I had with her and this entire group was almost enough to turn me off of dental care permanently. The assistant was apparently offended that my financee let them know I was suffering from severe anxiety at the time and their answer was don’t worry, we’ll take care of her you don’t need to stay with her. Appalling!! Do you treat all your patients this way or just the ones on Medicaid? The final disappointment was after them lying about what my appointment would entail (actual treatment for an broken, infected tooth) they disregarded me, did an exam where Blakely accused me of fighting her, and then waited for over 15 minutes to see the patient care coordinator who should absolutely be fired. She has no concept of her job.
