Dr. Chang was on the phone via an ear piece while treating me. He ground my teeth down too low while preparing me for crowns. Because there was no space between my gum line and crowns I developed a chronic gum irritation which could only be fixed by a crown lengthening surgery where my gums were cut. I also have to have 2 new crowns. This whole process is costing me aprx 4k out of pocket with nothing but a partial refund from Dr. Chang. Run!
