Always listens. Very thorough and professional

I started going to Dr. Long a year or more ago, Danielle the office manager is terrific! If I have a problem, she schedules me right in, always pleasant and efficient. Dr. Long is an excellent dentist, if you need specialized work, he does it all, including root canals, gum surgery. He doesn't send you to a specialist, such a relief. He listens to your concerns and recommends what he thinks would be best. Leah, his dental hygienist is knowledgeable, personable and also listens to your concerns. I am so thrilled to have a dentist right in town who I trust. I have called him on a week end night with a concern, and he answered right away. In this day, it's so nice to have a staff that gets right back to you and is there is you need them. Thank you, Dr. Long!

How is it even possible for a dentist to forget to fill your tooth after extensive prep, numbing and drilling. Leave it to Dr. Long, and all the trips coming back--about ten--he still missed the huge hole in the tooth but, instead, would convincingly state the tooth next to it needed a root canal, and that would sooth my pain. When that didn't work, it was the tooth next to that and then the next one. Eventually, after seeing another doctor, none of the teeth needed root canals, but they all needed crowns--and the tooth that was just a filling he forgot to fill then needed a root canal and crown due to being so open for months.

Dr Long took his time with me since I’m beyond petrified of going to the dentist, he talked to me about a plan and was gonna make sure my teeth looked great when I see my kids after 5 years. Such a caring beautiful human being!!

High energy, positive and professional. When you are saying, "oh no...", he responds by telling you "I've got this!" He is versatile in his craft and thorough. If you are traveling to Sierra Vista for Dental care you are missing the excellence that exists here locally.
