Dr. Jerrick Rose, DMD

This is very hard for me to write, as I'm trying not to cry. My son and I have LOVED Dr. Rose, until today. My FOUR year old had to have a crown today. I had to sit in the waiting room for an hour (felt like an eternity) and hear my baby scream like he's being unalived and beg for them to stop. I cried and begged them to allow me back to my child, and I was told by the receptionist 'You don't know if that is yours. There's more babies back there.' I KNOW WHAT MY CHILD SOUNDS LIKE! He screamed and cried so hard, he came out to me with busted capillaries all over his face and eyelids. I have pictures of this as proof. Dr. Rose didn't even come out to talk to me, a dental assistant did. My very young child and I should NEVER have been traumatized like we have been today.
