Dr. Jeremy Anderson, DDS

I have seen Dr. Anderson every six months for almost five years and have been very happy. At my last cleaning, a new hygienist used her time with me to badmouth Missoula's homeless population and homeless people in general. She insulted and demeaned those who are homeless and provided me with a detailed description of her husband's job and his unhappiness with his supervisor. All while her dental instruments were in my mouth. She was extremely rough while cleaning my teeth and my gums hurt for two days. I told the receptionist the hygienist crossed professional and personal boundaries and hurt my gums. She assured me that I would not have to see that hygienist again. When I called to make the follow up appointment for the next six-month cleaning I was told she is the only option. I am now looking for a new dentist.
