When I arrived for my 8:00 appointment I was informed the person I was to see was sick and not
available. I would have appreciated a phone call to cancel and reschedule instead of arriving and
being told I would not be seen. They did reschedule for the next morning at 8:00. It was an
unfortunate situation since this was the first time I had seen this dentist. My appointment the next day was okay.
