Was so happy that Dr. Sullivan could help my 94 year old mother. She is so attentive and caring. She put my mother at ease. My mother is doing very well thanks to her! I would definitely recommend her. Thank you again for your help.

Overall F rating. She rushed through ALL appts including my gum graph surgery and did a HORRIBLE job. She made a faulty splint because the mold broke when trying to make it. I have TMJ and severe grinding clenching and already had a night guard - she gave me a faulty flimsy partial splint which caused me to wake up with a mouth full of blood clots. She said I could wear my top night guard which created numerous issues including my teeth shifted and now my bite is so bad and painful that I need to get braces or Invisalign. Everything that could go wrong happened - except I have NOT lost my teeth yet. My gum line is way worse a lot more painful. It hurts to brush my teeth where my gums disappeared have greatly receded. She only worked one day a week and could not see me so she had a endodontist see me. She was rude, down played all of my issues. On a phone call she told me she had other patients. There is not enough room and it will not allow me to write the remaining details.
