She is the best dentist I have ever had. I’ve gone to her for 11 years, even when I haven’t been living in NYC. Would never go anywhere else.

THE BEST DENTIST!! I used to be petrified of going to the dentist, but now i love going. I have been a patient of Dr. Shin's for over 10 years and highly, highly recommend her. She is an incredible dentist, extremely gentle, detail oriented and the office is meticulously clean. You will not find a better dentist in New York City!

TRULY INCREDIBLE in these difficult times… Kind, thorough, committed, great — words that come to mind about Dr. Jennifer Shin! Dr. Shin and her entire staff, truly are INCREDIBLE. I’m currently doing Invisalign to fix my teeth under Dr. Shin's care. We were at week 4 of the process when the pandemic began. Her office, of course, had to abruptly close, and I had feared that my process would sadly come to an end, or be put on pause. But we stayed in touch via email - and when the time was right, some way, somehow, Dr. Shin was able to get Invisalign to supply the needed trays to all of her patients - so we could continue what we started. Dr. Shin personally mailed me my trays where I’m staying (outside of NYC). NEED I SAY MORE? Putting her patient's needs first, Dr. Shin did not let this awful situation that we are experiencing stand in the way of her good work and the commitments she has made to her patients. Dr. Shin is one of the rare, real deal people of NYC!

All around best dental experience ever! I've had the pleasure of being treated by both Dr. Shin and Dr. Linton. I have visited good dental offices who have done a fine job but it's rare to meet dentists who love what they do and genuinely care for their patients. Everyone in Dr Shin's office is friendly and thorough with communicating everything from how to read my x-rays and photos, step-by-step treatment, and continued care.
