Dr. Jennifer Ridgeway, DDS

My husband and I have been going to her Dental Office for 5 years now. This past visit topped the cake for exceptionally rude tone, behavior and lack of regard for our economic status. She INSISTED I go every 3 months, when my insurance covers two visits a year. They have also billed us out of pocket for cleanings and X-Rays. I am a healthcare professional of 18 years, thus I know how to talk with patients, not at AT them. She needs to understand what value-based care is, and compassionate care. Her tech, however is lovely. Poor thing has to work with this woman. We have Delta Dental, and relatively great teeth, BUT she harasses me about braces, crowns and other extra costs. I do not recommend her. I have never cried leaving an office before, until the other day. Not good.

For over ten years Dr. Ridgeway and her very capable staff have taken great care of me and my family. She is a perfectionist, very thorough, knowledgeable and fun. We are treated with respect and sincerity and our dental health has improved under her stewardship.

Very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Great staff as well. Up to date equipment. I had a number of dental problems due to last dentist and she took care of them quickly.

I went to see Dr. Ridgeway as a new patient. I was told that my cleaning and X-rays would be covered since I have a good insurance plan. Delta Dental sent me an eob stating I would owe the provider $90 for X-rays that are not covered. Next thing, I got a bill for $165 from Dr. Ridgeway for my visit. When I called them, they said it was for the cleaning and X-rays. Apparently they did "additional" cleaing during my appointment and did not tell me it would cost more~same as the extra X-rays. SCAM!

Dr ridgeway and her staff are excellent. Her work is excellent plus I am able to feel relaxed there which is quite remarkable. I have been to many different dentists in Albuquerque over the years and she is the best. No need to look any further.
