Nice office, front office staff was nice. I would describe the Dr work as sloppy. Her use of a needle is about the equivalent of having a harpoon jabbed in your mouth and leaving the office afterwards and feeling like she hit you with a baseball bat. A filling she did didn't last, she owned up to it and redid it for free but that misses the point, it should have been done right the first time. Again, her quality of work is lacking.

Typically, I am not a big fan of going to the dentist. But, I must say that Dr. Pottinger and her team have made the process great. Heather is fantastic. Whatever Heather gets paid is not enough. She is a superstar!. Dr. Pottinger has an excellent way of clearly explaining what is going on. Dr. Pottinger has created a very good, upbeat environment that makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. I've been going to the dentist for many many years and this office is the best ever
