Dr. Jennifer Kopacz, DDS

I am so lucky....4 years ago when I was looking for a new dentist because my pervious dentist of 20 years retired.

I have been going to Dr. Kopacz for many years and always receive great customer service and excellent dental care. Dr. Kopacz and her team are friendly, professional, and responsive to my needs. I never feel rushed and Dr. Kopacz thoroughly explains procedures and options, and always takes the time to patiently answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Kopacz!

I had a filling that had fallen out and the space was left empty for years because of my fear of dentist's. I also had a number of cavities. My fear was from my childhood dentist (bad experience without novacain). In full disclosure, Jen is a friend, she called me one day and said, hey i have time and I can take care of that filling for you. She calmed my nerves and did excellent work. I was there for about 3-4 hours and she took care of 20 years of neglect in that time. I honestly didn't feel any pain during the procedures. I would definitely recommend Jen to anyone that needs a dentis!

Dr. Kopacz is wonderful! I never feel rushed during appointments. She does a great job at explaining things as she goes, and always answers questions in a way that’s understandable. I’ve also found its very quick to get in for appointment, such as when I had chipped my tooth, right after the holidays. I was seen within the week, and very appreciative that I was able to be seen so quickly. The Nicosia Dental staff are always friendly and welcoming when you arrive, and have wonderful communication and accessibility for questions or when you need to make an appointment.

After receiving some pretty scary news from my old dentist, I decided to seek out a second opinion with Dr. Kopacz at Nicosia Dental. I'm SO glad I did! She got me in right away and not only did I NOT need a crown after all (which saved me a lot of time and money), I received a different procedure that eliminated my pain instantaneously. Dr. Kopacz was wonderful to work with. She listened to my concerns and worked to find the best course of treatment all while making sure I was comfortable.
