When her tiny sweet patient chewed her Lip off after being excessively numbed… Dr Jenni replied “hey, not my problem.” Absolutely heartless. Don’t fall for the sweet routine. It’s just an act folks.

Bad office communication. Doesn't listen to parents. Wastes your time then refers you someplace else. Save your time, energy, and money and just go someplace else in the first place. It is my opinion that Dr. Burkitt is lazy and more interested in doing what is convenient for herself then for her patients. She should train her staff to provide better information over the phone so that parents dont take off work to take their child there only to hear a different story when they get there. I personally question her honesty and integrity and the value of her business based on this experience. There are lots of professionals in this field in this area, your best bet is to pick a different one-- preferably one who actually seems deserving of the term "professional"

My oldest is 16 and we've been with Dr. Burkitt since she was 2. My children and I absolutely adore her. And her staff is NO different. Several of the girls have been there since the begging and are beyond loved and appreciated. You girls rock and im beyond pleased with meet you and your staff.
