His expertise, he take the time to listen to your and explains what he found and what treatment needs to be done I compared his prices to other Dentists And he is line with their prices His skill level is extremely highHe is dedicated to treating the patient with care He checks in with his patient after the appointment to see how everything is going

Dr. Sims is extremely charming during initials consults. He spends a good deal of time with his patients and takes a full history before recommending treatment. He is a good cosmetic dentist as well. The low review is for his dishonesty in regards to pricing & billing. Do not go to this dentist unless you are well off and can afford to pay for EVERYTHING out of pocket. Do not take his word if he or his staff tell you that insurance will pay for certain things - and definitely do not trust him if he says that he "really wants you as a patient" and is therefore willing to discount his services. I paid $763 up front after being assured that no matter WHAT they were able to collect from insurance I would not be billed anything else. I ended up paying over $312 more for 4 composites as well as an extra $150 to get my mouth guard adjusted (this took him 5 minutes). I truly believe that I was intentionally misled by this dentist in regards to cost and billing. Do NOT trust him.
