Staff is rude and mean
Find a different doc. Really sad to leave a bad review but staff at exton office is unprofessional and mean, especially an older short haired blonde lady. Finding a new orthodontist. I don’t deserve that kind of treatment.

Dr Leiss is a great Doctor. The Staff does not listen or communicate well. I am sorry I used them for my daughter when she was in middle school. she had full on braces even though her teeth were straight then needed this huge appliance with the braces that was out on without my consent or knowledge. it was very expensive. She has a permanent bar retainer placed behind her top teeth and bottom. About a month ago my now 19 yr old daughter showed me her two bottom teeth had shifted back, out of line. Took her back and We were told by office person that maybe the glue came off in a spot. So they took several pics. Went back today and before meeting with the dr., was shown a picture of her mouth that i was told needed a total overhaul. Invisalign was brought up even though I clearly had stated in a phone message that Invisalign would not be an option. Then the office staff became very rude and insulting asking if we made a decision and we were asked what my daughter did wrong!
