Went to RVA Dental this week for my 6 month cleaning and checkup. I received the usual courteous, efficient, prompt care. Drs Friend and Lawrence and all staff are well trained in what they do. They also deliver "patient focused care" - remembering your name, taking care of paperwork, making suggestions for better oral health, ensuring your comfort, answering any questions and in general making you feel liked a valued patient.

I have a fear of the dentist so it had been a while. As a result I needed a deep cleaning and some cosmetic work. I couldn't have found a better dental practice!The kindness and patience that Dr. Friend & team took to listen to me, create a plan that I felt good about, ensuring I was comfortable every step of way and that outcome was done to the point of perfection- was far beyond what I could have ever expected. I have a brand new smile and it is life changing. Dr. Friend & his team are amazing

I've been a patient for 7 yrs and have only encountered superb service from RVA Dental Care & Dr Friend. The facility is updated & clean. They are thorough at explaining the procedure, costs and giving options. Dr. Friend is the BEST! He listens to my needs & does what is needed first. I had a tooth pulled with an implant as the replacement tooth. I was shocked, the procedure was a breeze with no pain. I highly recommend Dr.Friend, Dr. Lawrence his partner & their staff for all yr dental needs.

Modern office located on Willow Lawn. The waiting room is very comfortable and dental rooms are very clean. Had my routine teeth cleaning with my favorite hygienist Alyssa- she is very gentle and personable. Dr. Friend placed my implant on my lower missing molar tooth and explained every step. Love this practice and the warm friendly atmosphere. Thank you for your professional care!

Known Dr. Friend for years, my family and I have all had very good experiences, from, cleanings to root canals. Trustworthy, compassionate, zero wait time in the office. Would recommend to anyone.
