Dr Beeler was thorough, gentle, and transparent. I walked in with no appointment and had a semi-emergency situation and the front office consulted and he got me in on the spot and solved it temporarily and set appointment the next week.

Corrected procedure that was done incorrectly by another provider. Very up to date with modern equipment and procedures. Staff very well trained, professional, and friendly. Did a fantastic job, stand's behind his work.

I’ve never had a dentist that has made me more comfortable with asking any questions. He is awesome and patient with you. He does so much for our local community as well.

Developed a healthy teeth, gum plan and executed above expectations, in an positive atmosphere .

Dr. Beeler and his entire staff are beyond amazing! It's very apparent this isn't just a job for them. They are passionate about their work and genuinely kind and understanding with their patients. They have a great location, easy parking, short wait times, and outstanding customer service. I am always so pleased by the courteous staff and their professional skills on handling any troubles that may arise. It's pretty impressive how they can keep me at ease during my appointments. Just can't say enough good things about this awesome team.

I am so grateful for each and everyone of those precious people between those 4 walls. They are all so nice, personable and professional. My husband and I had been going to another dentist for over 10 years. We decided to change to Dr. Jeffery Beeler since he is 30 minutes closer to our new home. We are certainly glad we made this change, as Dr. Beeler discovered teeth issues that my former dentist was simply "watching". I am usually scared to death of major dental treatments and normally do not fare well. However, Dr. Beeler and his staff went out of their way to make me comfortable. In fact, he was able to perform an additional procedure that I had scheduled for another week since I was not at all stressed or in any pain. Everything was explained to me in detail, there are two televisions in the room, the chairs vibrate and provide warmth . . . what more could you ask for. Dr. Beeler performs most every type of dental care and is expanding his practice and including a surgical suite. They will also be offering "twilight" anesthesia this Spring.

Dr. Beeler--and his hygienist Abby--were stellar in every aspect...He was extremely personable with a calming, pleasant aura. Dr. Beeler and his staff epitomized professionalism, competency, and thoroughness...Abby delivered the most meticulous hygienist cleaning that I have ever experienced...I have visited many dentists over the years, but have found my new 'gold standard' with Dr. Beeler's office.

Dr. Beeler and his staff are caring and professional. I felt right at home on my first visit. I am a veteran receiving dental care at Dr. Beeler's office as a part of the Veteran's community care program. I applaud Dr. Beeler for his service to his country and for reaching out to provide expert dental services to other veterans.

The waiting area is cozy, and there is a play area for kids. While getting your teeth cleaned, you have the option of enjoying the chair’s massage features while watching the TV on the ceiling. The dental hygienists take time to explain each step of the process. They do everything they can to take the anxiety out of the patient experience! We feel like Dr. Beeler took time to get to know us before our exams, and he genuinely cares about his patients. We have found our dentist for life!

Dr Beeler is a very competent, caring professional. He's equipped his facility with state of the art equipment. I find his staff very friendly and helpful and feel fortunate to have found Towne Creek Family Dentistry.

Unbelievable staff and facility! As someone who doesn't particularly like going to the dentist, my experience was very pleasant and enjoyable. The staff made me feel at home and Dr, Beeler was very friendly and welcoming. My whole family had cleanings and everyone was very happy with their experience. The office was designed to make everyone feel at home. It is more like going to a spa than a dentist office. It smells and feels like a salon or spa. I would highly recommend this dentist!

Dr Beeler and his staff are top notch. Dr. Beeler served in the Navy and is now serving Lenoir City as an outstanding dentist. We are lucky to have him! In addition, you will enjoy the heated massage chair and TV mounted on the ceiling during your dental exam. I highly recommend Dr. Beeler.

The well-designed pamphlet I got in the mail indicated to me that this doctor might be worth visiting, plus I had been praying to find the perfect one. My first routine checkup went extremely well. Staff is super friendly and helpful and Dr. Beeler was, umm, the perfect GENTLEman...soft spoken, never rushes and up to date on all the newest dental technology. I am very hard to please so take my word for it...you will be extremely PLEASED if you make him your new dentist!!
