I was seen for severe pain emanating from my bottom front tooth area. The gum around the area was also reddened and sore to touch. After much explanation & X-rays done, I was told I had a large cavity in lower left tooth, which did not hurt when probed. I was sent home, pain unresolved or addressed, & given appointment for 3 days later.Upon my return, repeat of X-rays, same talk about large cavity & its location, & told to see a specialist who also happens to do implants. I have upper implants that had nothing to do with my lower tooth pain. Apparently, two specialists she recommended had appointments a month to two months out. Once again, I was sent away, still in pain! I was charged for both visits with the second one over a $100 more than the first visit.
