Doctor explained everything in a very detailed way. Showed the cavities for my kids by letting me actually look into their mouths :). Very thorough and really liked the dental hygienist . They had a good cleaning done as well.

My first dentist visit in over 22 years and did not even clean my teeth. I went out side to call dental office across the street to see if this was normal. I also called a family member that works in dental office to verify my situation. I was advised to run away quickly. I am very disappointed in the greed- this doctor was only interested in doing high cost procedures and totally overlooked basic fundamentals that could have been....should have been taken care of first. Sadly disappointed!

I have been terrified of dentists and have let my mouth unattended . After being suggested by a friend , I went to visit Dr.Jay and she and her staff was extremely kind and patient with me. They acknowledged my fears and showed me my teeth and were very thorough and detailed and explained all the treatment i needed and worked with me on completing the treatment slowly. As much as I hate and am scared to be in the chair , I would highly recommend everyone to their office.

Money monger, she will not do your regular checkup if you have a DMO type of insurance, very arrogant and clearly lacks courtesy, she refused to do my regular cleaning but still charged my insurance.
