Dr. Jaspreet Arora, DMD

Wonderful experience with Dr. Arora. I recently moved to MA and was referred by a friend to Oxford Smiles. I can’t get over how clean and beautiful the office is, I felt so welcomed and relaxed. I am not usually one to write reviews but WOW Dr. Arora really is greatDr. Arora was kind enough to answer all of my questions about the Crown procedure. It was an amazingly efficient process and she even made me my crown on the same day!

I went to Oxford dental for over four years. During my time there I had multiple shabby procedures done. I had a filling done with some of the cavity remaining and the tooth became a major problem a year later. I also had a root canal performed by Dr. Aurora. I know now how uncommon it is for a dentist who doesn’t specialize in Endodontics to do this. I don’t know what crap company they used to make the crown (or if they just made it in a back room) but within about 2 years the crown got an infection under it. The screw on the cap was completely black. Also the cap was hideous. It wasn’t even the shape of a normal tooth. I don’t know why I stuck with this office for so long. I don’t just blame her. I went to a few other dentists working there over the years who were also unprofessional and unknowledgeable. The office staff was always rude. I thought her husband was the office manager at the time but I could be wrong. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dump of an office.

She is one of the most caring dentist I have ever been to.I just saw her over the weekend with emergency and she took care of me with smile and great chairside
