Root canal experience
Very matter of fact appointment with provider specifying time allocated to take care of root canal. Provider was lacking in bed side manner. For a root canal treatment, he appeared brisk and automated. There was no at the end rapport when procedure was finished. Payment was also unclear as I am being billed for an additional amount not discussed prior.

Most traumatic dental experience ever
He did not get me numb and still kept trying to move forward in the root canal. Was the most pain I have ever been in - even moreso than natural childbirth. Was in a rush and had no empathy. I was able to get the root canal done elsewhere a week later with zero pain whatsoever.

Terrible
Absolutely terrible. He did not want to wait for my tooth to be numb and drilled into my root canal while I could still feels everything. Worst pain I've ever felt in my life. He was also very rude and rushed and acted like I was an inconvenience for being there. My root canal is also now re-infected because he did not perform it properly per another doctors review. Do not go to Fort Collins Modern Dentistry.

I came to Dr. Maines as a referral from my dentist. I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone wanting a great experience for a root canal! He was very personable, funny, and professional. He made me feel very comfortable from the beginning to the end! He is very skilled at what he does, and for my first time getting a root canal done, I couldn’t recommend him enough! I am finally pain free and I would recommend anyone looking to have a great experience to go to Dr. Maines!

I would give ZERO starts if I could. I am not sure if he’s incompetent or just negligent. He talked me into an unnecessary procedure stating it would be “highly successful”. I would not take my dog to this man.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Maines and his team. I saw him for two different procedures and he's very knowledgeable and saved my tooth. I'm no longer in pain. He cares about my comfort and explained the process and recovery. I will go back even though I hope I don't have to.

My mechanic has a better bedside manner I am a kidney stone former Less pain than with this physiciacian Cant wait to get to the next room Pain was excrutiating Avoid him at all costs He is an independent contrator, no relationship with office staff

He did my root cancel and I was in pain the whole time. Not a nice person. Will never go back!!!

I had no fears of getting a root canal until this guy came along. He is rude, he is in a hurry and acted like I was inconvenience, even made a point of telling me that him and his staff were doing me a favor by being there after 5pm to do my root canal. This was after HIS office called me to see if I could fill a 5pm cancellation. He would go into the hall and talk loudly on his cell phone complaining that he was literally in the middle of a root canal and he had been working 12 hrs

Two root canals he worked on are now both infected. I may lose one of them. Another Endodontist agreed his work is not very good. I would not recommend him at all.
