Dr. Jason Klein, DDS

I've been going to this practice for over 15 years. The office staff has always had a holier-than-thou attitude but Dr. Kline and his assistants are wonderful so I've stayed with them. That ended today. I went in for my scheduled cleaning and all went well as expected. When I was done and went to checkout with the receptionist, she tells me that I owe $186. I am a cash paying client so I'm well aware of what these visits typically cost. When I questioned the young lady as to why it was so much, she immediately got an attitude and said "that's the price". I politely questioned her again, explaining that I've never been charged that much. She then goes on to say "well we've upped our prices as of January 1st". Very annoyed at this point, I just paid the $186. After doing so, I asked if the office manager was available. She comes out with a nastier attitude than anyone! She stated that it used to be $120 and it increased to $186. When I told her that a cash paying client should be informed of a 50% increase for a cleaning service prior to being at down, her response was "well we really don't have to tell you". Aside from a 50% increase being exorbitant, treating clients this way is appalling. You lost a 15 year long customer today and my guess would be that many more will follow. Shame on you.

Wound up having surgery in Miami as Dr Feinerman saved my mouth and jaw correctly diagnosing the condition. Dr. Klein appeared to not even care! I have to live with the result of this!
