Very friendly, knowledgeable, and skillful hygienists, including some that are new to the office! Dr. Grosch is also very good. Will return.

Dr. Grosch has a busy office, but when I have needed to be seen urgently, they have worked me in. He is skilled, gentle, caring, a good listener, and friendly. I hope you never need a local anesthetic, but if you do, he is on the top of his game. I told him that the local was painless. I have had a lot of dental work, and not all painless. Nice to know that it’s one thing I won’t have to worry about anymore. Glad I found him.

Dr. Grosch is a very pleasant, professional, & skilled dentist. We were patients for many years and recently left due to the office staff/hygienists and the impossibility of rescheduling 6 month cleanings within a decent timeframe (this is nothing new; we just chose to live with it for far too long). The office staff has always been very unpleasant & their processes are focused solely on their convenience rather than that of the patients. They 1) shut down every day for long lunch breaks, 2) have a never ending phone message that you're stuck listening to every time you call, 3) always put you on hold, and 4) give you no ability to leave a message so you're stuck waiting on them to eventually pick up. The hygienists do high quality work but they are never on schedule (even if you are the first appointment of the day); they spend a lot of time talking to one another & the office staff; and when you finally get into the chair, you are stuck listening to their personal problems.

Great experience!!!! On time, friendly staff, seems like a wonderful, capable dentist.
