Dr. Jason Bergman, DDS

Dr. Bergman has treated me several times for root canal therapy. The first time I saw him, he was so much more gentle than the last endodontist I had seen, it seemed like a completely different procedure. Last Friday I woke up with a throbbing tooth ache. My regular dentist was out of town visiting family until Tuesday. Early Monday, I called directly to Dr. Bergman's office, and they were able to get me in same day for x-rays. I had two abscesses right beside each other. Dr. Bergman had an opening on Tuesday, and they worked me in to treat both teeth. Even with two of Dr. Bergman's root canals, I am only a little sore and the terrible tooth ache is gone. Root canals are much better than losing your tooth, and less painless too. If you need a root canal in Western North Carolina, ask your dentist to send you to Dr. Bergman. He is gentle and has great success. All of his staff are super nice too. Thank you Dr. Bergman and everyone at his office!!!

I have unfortunately seen Dr. Bergman on multiple occasions and would like to share my experience in hopes of helping others avoid this. In short, I had been referred to this endodontist repeatedly for root canal treatment and even “redos”. When I questioned Dr. Bergman as to why all my root canals failed he said I had “long, curvy roots that were hard to fill”. After 7 root canals in all, 3 were redos, I finally went elsewhere. Two endodontist and one oral surgeon, who pulled 3 of my retreated teeth, told me roots were missed and the material used was known to breakdown. One doctor actually asked me, after looking at my x-rays if Dr. Bergman did my prior treatments! I spent thousands of dollars at his office and feel he knowingly used defective materials. My implants cost another 30,000 dollars and I’m just thankful I was able to afford having them done.

A had two root canals by Dr. Bergman about 4-5 years ago. I just had to redo both of them as the material he used to fill them degraded and caused an infection. Not only is this painful but expensive. When I first had my root canal I was told that after still feeling pain 6 months later I was imaging things. The new Endodontist showed me that there are 4 roots on this molar. Dr. Bergman only treated 3. I was also told that this was not the first "redo" of one of his root canals by this Dr. He had seen several other patients with the same issue. Not a happy camper.

I was referred to Dr. Bergman for a root canal by my general dentist (Dr. Jeffery Loftin) . Hearing the words “root canal” was traumatic, as I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with this procedure in the past. Not this time! Everyone in Dr. Bergman’s office, from the receptionists to his dental assistant, was friendly, professional and reassuring. The procedure was completely painless and took less than an hour. If you need an Endodontist I highly recommend Dr. Bergman.

Best dentist office visit ever.

Dr Jason Bergman, DDS performed a root canal on my son, at the time he told me if I spent an additional $500 for bleaching there would be no discoloration so I did. Now the tooth has turned grey and he refuses to make it right unless I agree to pay for the process all over again.

Dr. Bergman and his team are highly professional. There is an incredible synergy in his office. I needed a procedure which required surgery to save my tooth. I was very nervous and terribly concerned. Nicole, a knowledgeable assistant, made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Bergman has amazing credentials. His surgical skills coupled with a caring demeanor make him the perfect endodontist. He is totally dedicated to his profession and to the patients he serves!

Very pleasant visit to dr Bergman's office, I watched videos before the procedure, that made me a bit uneasy about going. Put it to you like this, I didn't sleep the night before, I nearly fell asleep during the process. No joke! Staff were down to earth and very sweet. I consider myself to be a very vigilant person, I didn't see one thing out of line. Thank you guy's. And God bless you!

As bad as a root canal is,,,,Jason makes the experience much easier. I've had 2 done here and both have been easier than a filling. His assistants are wonderful as well! I highly recommend him.
