Dr. Jared Theurer, DDS

My husband had Dr. Theurer do veneers on his top front teeth and it was nothing short of a nightmare! He initially went back with tooth pain. He was told that it was nothing but it turned out to be an infection. The script they gave him to treat it was prescribed for a different patient! He had to go back and get one that was actually perscribrd for him! As a result of the infection, up needing two root canals and an apicoectomy on two of the.front teeth that had the veneers. As if that was t bad enough his front veneer fell off shortly after it was done. Since then, it’s fallen off 5 times. He had another dentist look at it and found the tooth had cavities behind two of the front teeth because of poor fit. The other dentist said he was close to loosing the tooth and needing an implant! Tonight the front tooth fell off again and the other dentist will have to make a new one because Dr. Theurer’s was not fitted properly!

Like the provider; agree with what others have said that whoever does the office's billing is terrible and won't get on the phone with patients. Big negative to receiving care from Theurer.

Terrible outfit. Incompetent billing dept. They incorrectly submitted reimbursement to our dental insurance company. As a result the insurance would not pay the agreed upon amount. They erroneously documented that my husband had a deep plane cleaning done on all 4 quadrants during the same visit. Anyone who has ever had this done knows how ludicrous this is, yet they refuse to correct the mistake. Unfortunately the insurance company cannot simply take our word for it--although they believe us.

Knowledgeable staff, up to date equipment and calming office environment. I love Dr. Theurer!

This dentist gave me a prescription I couldn't have according to my Doctor- over charged me for one appointment, cancelled my future appointments and reported me to collections! DO NOT GO to this dentist- he does NOT listen to his patients!!
