The real life care and efficiency of everyone. Dr Shulman did an quick but thorough procedure “cap” followed by the rest of the crew finishing up. Little or no pain. Thanks to all of you.

Dr. Shulman, Your billing department is in need of a complete overhaul. My Ins is good but I just found out that you are out of network and charge more than rate. So I get a charge for cleaning and X-ray. I pay 500.00 dollars yearly approximately for insurance Your office is charging more out of pocket. I’m done dealing with them. After twenty years. I wish you good luck you will need it.

I saw Dr. Shulman for the first time and he is very nice, caring professional. Had an exam and he was very good will be returning to take care of my teeth. Very good cleaning from Nassa also.

Dr Shulman is one of the kindest, most caring and knowledgeable dentists and person. He always has a smile on his face, which sets your mind at ease if you are nervous about being there. He explains, in depth, what needs to be done and the options that you have to fix it. If he does not know the answer to something or something is out of his scope of work, he knows exactly where to get his answer and he knows who to call in to complete the task. He honestly does care about his patients. He goes above and beyond what a 'normal' dentist does. Dr Schulman has even called me to make sure everything was okay after a procedure or if he knows that I am worried about a pending procedure. I have never had a bad experience at Coral Springs Dental Center. Yes, I have been in pain at CSDC, but I know that I am in good hands with Dr Shulman. I highly recommend Dr Shulman and CSDC. The office staff are also fantastic. They are all professional, kind and always try to make your experience a good one.

Dr. Shulman, I have been a patient for appx 30 yrs and have never paid out-of-pocket for cleaning & x-rays until now. Please train your staff to alert patients of any out-of-pocket costs before getting patient approval. Additionally, it has been 2 days now that the billing clerk will not take calls. Post retirement, I have been driving 2 hrs for the last 5 yrs for the excellent oral care your staff provides. However, the administrative staff may drive me & spouse away, sorry to say. PS Your online msg system does not work.

I was quoted $545 to replace a cap and get a filling. Their finance had me sign off on the $545 and said my insurance would cover the rest. Two months later I get an additional bill for $441. I called them and was told that my insurance provider declined to cover the expense of replacing the cap because their policy is to only replace a cap every 10 years. I was at the 9 year mark, so all I had to do was wait an additional year, 1 year! After pushing back on several calls with CSDC, I was sent a letter saying they were going to send my account to collections and that the most they could do was offer me a 10% discount of $44. They are absolute crooks and scammers. What's worse is that I've been with them for almost 10 years. They don't care about customer loyalty or that they're about to lose a patient who's spent thousands with them. I don't understand why they took it upon themselves to call my insurance provider and confirm coverage if they weren't equipped to do so. Do NOT use them!

The best dentist I’ve gone to! He is very knowledgeable, explains procedures well, cares about his patients, and also thanks every staff member for their work during the visit.

Dr Shulman is a breath of fresh air for dentistry. He’s extremely gentle and is excellent at explaining any treatment options. His assistants are well trained and personable.
