Dr. Jared Roberts, DDS

Dr. Roberts may be good at what he does, however, the attitude of his staff was Unacceptable, I my opinion. I strongly believe the attitude of is a reflection of how he functions. I terminated with him half way through my treatment plan because it was almost impossible to get an appointment even when I was led to believe that was going to be seen “shortly after my cleaning”. When I called I was told the next available appointment would be in two months. When asked how this could happen the staff person said, “This can happen when there is only one doctor in the practice.”The staff nor Dr. Roberts encouraged me to make a follow up appointment when they last saw me. It appears to me that they are just interested in filling appointment times with new patients. Then when I just called to cancel the cleaning appointment I had for the end of February 2024, I was not asked why I did not want to reschedule. Do they care? I don’t think so.

Several friends recommended Dr. Roberts and they were right! He is kind and intelligent and answered all my questions and it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at the dentist. Dr. Roberts is so personable and the office is wonderful!

Dr. Roberts is a very smug individual. Not really about the patient, it's really about the money.
