Dr. Janis Jeffers, DMD

No one likes going to the dentist but if you must, Dr. Jeffers is the dentist to see. I have used her for several years for semiannual cleanings and once to replace a filling. Most recently I had a tooth crack requiring a crown. I've had a crown before but it was probably 10 or 15 years ago and I remember it being very unpleasant. Yesterday's visit was totally painless and she used a scanner to order the precisely fitting crown. No more gooey stuff nor pain that I recalled from the previous. She and her staff have always been very helpful, cheerful & very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffers!

On time, available, competent, gold staff

i did not schedule visit with the dentist. i made office visit solely for cleaning purposes. although made fully aware of post hurricane issues w/ my regular dentist, this office accommodated me very professionally. i extend great praise to TRISH(receptionist/staff person) for making my life easy and convenient. i extend praise to ALLISON for a wonderful cleaning job on my teeth. i would gladly return to this office.

I was traveling to Islamorado and on the way I lost a crown. I called Dr. Jeffer's office and they said they were confirming their next day appointments and would call me back. They did and were able to give me an appointment first thing the next morning so that we could all still enjoy the whole day. I was a one-time- only patient so they didn't need to squeeze me in but they went above and beyond. Thank you to Dr. Jeffers and her staff.
