Dr. Jane Rutledge, DMD

I had a dental emergency a few weeks ago and needed to be seen right away. Dr Jane Rutledge was able to see me the same exact day that I called. She took the time to address my concerns and to thoroughtly expalin my dental treatment.

Dr. Jane Rutledge was very mean spirited. She rushed through my procedure and scolded me a couple times for not holding my mouth in the angle she wanted me to. Additionally, she had quite a negative attitude with her reactions to my questions at the end. I was so disgusted by my experience with her. The dental hygienist however made up for Jane's unprofessional behavior. Her husband, Dr. Jeff, is very kind and caring and so that is why I go back to the practice. Jane truly needs to be humbled so that she can realize that she needs to provide better service to her patients.

Dr. Jane is uncaring. The only reason I went to her practice was out of convenience. My first experience was rushed and you can see how she did not express any type of kindness or caring toward her patients. The hygienist was better and quite pleasant. However, since Jane is one of the doctors there, you’re better off elsewhere.

She filled a tooth today, and was very happy with how it was done and how well she and her assistant worked together, it was awesome, my experience met more than my expectations, my second visit, another one in June. Thank you so much??????????2??
