It was my daughters first dentist app and they don't let you sit with your children. She then informed me she wanted to remove my daughters first baby tooth and said I absolutely could not be in the room! So i changed my mind real quick, then she proceeded to explain that she is not in the business of consoling parents! I would never bring a child into this office ever again. Then after some research I read that she was holding some children down against their will in some circumstances.

They left my child by herself in the room waiting even after explaining to them that my daughter as extreme separation anxiety. They refused to let me in the back with my 4 year daughter even after hearing her scream from the waiting area. When I finally got to her, my daughter was in a full blown panic attack.and they kept telling her that if she didnt stop they would make me leave and not come back. Then got very rude and started screaming for me to leave when I told them to unhook her

Dr. Chang has been taking care of teeth since I moved here from Florida 2 years ago and I can honestly say that I am very satisfied. Not only has my smile improved but the genuine care and professionalism that that you receive from Dr. Chang and her staff is just the BEST! I recommend that you stop in for a visit.

Have had great experiences so far. The only con is that even though they call you to the back, you'd still have to wait an extra 15 to 30 min but it's understandable because she's the only dentist and has many patients on schedule.
