Dentist didn't listen. Made decisions about my dental work without consulting me. Gave me an awful crown that is not in the shape of a normal tooth and the material looks unnatural. Staff is not friendly. I don't think charges are in keeping with my insurance. I am going to check that out. I was supposed to have a specific copay but got charged much more than that. They make you pay up front. I got sick with a bad cold two times after office visits there, and was not anywhere else without a mask.

Great dentist who is willing to listen to you and your expectations. Obviously you pay for higher quality material and can decide if you want a models bright white flawless smile or more than satisfied with maintaining what God blessed you with. I have and will continue to recommend both Dr Roppa and Dr Marshall. I believe they have done an outstanding job on all four of my crowns and annual visits.

Mr Roppa is more interested in revenue margins than his patients and second opinions always expose this. They pride themselves on up-charging for non necessary services, bill you over and beyond the set insurance rates, and recommending root canals and crowns for every cavity. The sad part is they are also illegally violating googles terms of services and offering patients gift cards for leaving 5 star reviews in office! Sort the google reviews and read the 1 star reviews!

Buyer beware! I go to see a dentist every six months. I kept receiving his flyers in my mailbox so I thought I would give him a try. After my cleaning I was escorted to a “treatment plan” room. His associate showed me my treatment plan which was to crown EVERY tooth! He wanted me to take out a credit card they would provide and put $40,000 on it! Or I could write him a check for $39,999. I went back to my regular dentist and showed him the treatment plan. I only needed 1 crown. Just plain scary.

I like the way he stays up on technology. However, they charge you for things that the insurance says they are supposed to honor. I gave the benefit of the doubt for a couple of years and my insurance carrier came to the same conclusion. When one runs a practice this way, it doesn't lend confidence in decisions made for medical/dental vs. money reasons.
