Dr. Poulsen and his staff do excellent work, are flexible and try their best to accommodate every need. I highly recommend their services!

I really like working with Dr. Poulsen. He has consulted for my 2 kids and me for orthodontics. I was told by my dentist that my gum recession was due to teeth clenching. He said that Invisalign would fix the problem by helping my bite- at the cost of several thousand dollars. Dr Poulsen said he saw little evidence of severe clenching on the wear patterns on my teeth. He also said that it would be nearly impossible to fix my specific bite issues with Invisalign. He is great with my kids as well.

These people are the worst to deal with. Absolutely find another orthodontics to work with. The front office staff are beyond rude! They have triple billed me on everything even after I paid upfront.

Their office is absolutely inflexible! They only care about their schedule & staff doesn't work with you. They are closed Fri to clients. They offer their services at a specific time during the day and expect you to take off work or take your child out of school to fit the office's availability only. And if you have to reschedule something it is crazy! It's just a cattle call there and they don't care about their patients at all really. Move them in and out. I've gone there over 2 years.

Dr. Poulson is one of the better Orthodontists in town because he is very detailed with his case planning and care. We've had very bad experiences in town with 2 other Orthodontists who have taught me that nothing compares to finding a doctor who has experience, believes in doing things to a high standard, and takes the time to really plan the treatment he provides. Payments are available and staff is always warm and friendly. I highly recommend this doctor!

We've had an excellent relationship with Dr. Poulsen and his staff. He's has listened to our perspective, and been straightforward about our son's condition, and potential issues.
