Would not recommend
Received an Ill fitting, awkwardly angled front tooth crown that doesnot appealing and is causing changes to my upper bite. Returned to file the crown down for better fit, but the fit remained problematic. By this time, Dr. Park no longer worked at the Lexington practice and I was not notified that he no longer worked there. After paying about 2k out of pocket, Dr. Park was unable, or unwilling, to supply the necessary information/diagnostics to my insurance company to justify the need for the crown in the first place. Therefore, my claim has not been processed and I was billed for the difference. Additionally, Dr. Park accidentally scraped my front tooth with his drill, causing a thinning layer of my enamel of a different front tooth. I am seeking reimbursement from Dr. Park to have an independent evaluation of my crown and bite, due to tooth movement now bite and jaw problems. To date, I have been unable to reach Dr. Park for discussion or resolution.
