My children had gone to Dr. Aylward for their braces. When the braces came off, they had permanent retainers put on. For one of my sons, the permanent retainer broke after 9 years. My son is 21 and working 50 hour weeks to help pay for college. When I asked Dr. Nudera to stay until 6pm to accommodate my son's schedule, he refused. HIS WEBSITE SAYS HE IS THERE UNTIL 7PM. He simply will not work with us, and he blames my son for the broken retainer! 9 years vs. 2 months. It's not my son.
