Dr. James Dugan II, DDS

I have PTSD with anxiety and this whole staff has done nothing to make dental work as pleasant as can be considering it’s dental work. I would give them more than 5 starts if I could.

FANTASTIC, I have PTSD and have only gone to the dentist a total of 4 times in my 78 years. My fist visit I was on the verge of a panic episode. I have had 4 visits and have had no discomfort and have felt NO PAIN at all. I still have many visits to go and after the first visit I have felt no anxiety at all. Everyone there is fantastic, professional, knowlegeable and eager to help with your needs. Talk with them about how you feel during your visits, tell them what you need for a easy successful visit and I promise you they will do everything they can to make your visits the best they can. Please read all of their reviews not just the nay sayers.

This dentist is not a good dentist they will get smart with u over the phone except tanya she is kind but all the others are not and and if u need a root canal get ready to go back almost ever day.

Highly unprofessional. Performed unnecessary treatments on kids WITHOUT PARENTAL CONSENT. Children went in with zero cavities, and techs saw fit to put toxic sealants on their teeth, WITHOUT PARENTAL CONSENT. They also gave toxic fluoride treatments to my children, WITHOUT PARENTAL CONSENT. We don't even use toothpaste in our home with that toxin in it, and they stuck it in their mouths. These people should be ashamed. They had no right to do those things to all three of my kids without my given consent. Period.

Dr. Dugan is an incredible dentist. I have a deep rooted fear of dentists due to a childhood trauma. It has taken years of patience from Dr. Dugan and his staff but I am no longer terrified to sit in a dental chair. He is calm and compassionate...and he lets me choose the music to listen to. I love this dental office!

I have used Dr. Dugan for years and I have always had a positive experience. He is friendly and knowledgeable, and always provides details about what to expect with any procedure. His staff is great and always provides a comforting atmosphere.

I have been using the Dugan family as my dentist for over 40 years. Senior was a very caring, gentle dentist and James is the exact same way. I don't know what the issue was for the 1 star above but you always have somebody who would complain about the weight of free gold bars. This is the dentist that you want forget all others.

Wonderful, I am not a patient of Dr Dugan, but he was kind enough to see me at the request of my endodontist. I found Dr. Dugan very kind, thoughtful and compassionate. Thank you Dr. Dugan.

I do not like not seeing the actual dentist and not being able to go with my child. Any Dr. should speak directly with the parent. They also administered laughing gas without asking me and then when I demanded to speak with the dentist told me I was not able to. This all adds up to distrust. And I know this doesn't reflect on patient care but the choice of waiting room music is awful and at times I would go sit in my car to escape it!
