Problem being seen in a timely manner
I had scheduling issues. More than once, the office scheduled my visit, then changed the time later through text only. On my last visit, When I was then " late" by the 15 minutes, which was the change time, they refused to see me. I had already waited over a week when this was not a routine visit, but I was having issues. The time change was noted within the text, but I didn't catch it when I confirmed. I left feeling that my dental problem was not their priority.

Exam by Dr is part of a cleaning visit. Dr Dash is sometimes "too busy right now" it may be 30 minutes if you want to wait. Then I decided to not wait. They get paid for everything. Not honest. Then the billing clerks send us a bill immediately before the insurance even has time to pay the bill. This is anoying and un called for. Also, seems they always want to take X-rays (whether needed or not) another way to make $$$. But I'd say ALL Drs to this.

They will pass you over to another dentist in their office who is not in your insurance network without telling you and then bill you way more than you would have paid with your in network dentist. They take advantage of young people by adding services that were not schedule such as adding uncessary x-rays to a routine cleaning appointment.
