Regarding the the above review: Are you joking? The office office is OLD, not dirty. You must have become accustomed to looking at slick, new high-tech offices that OVER CHARGE for their fancy looking services. The office is vacuumed, dusted, the plants and fish are healthy, windows washed, exam rooms clean. They follow clean and safe protocol. There is no junk or garbage sitting around inside or out. Dr. Chang takes care of a lot of lower income people in the area, and the community needs more like him. If you had any idea of what dentistry is really about, you'd see that he's very good and efficient at his job, as is his son, not all flash and trash with the latest surround sound system to hike up the price and make you feel pampered like you think you have the right to be. If you find such disdain with good basic service, go somewhere else flashy and trendy. And don't forget your $7. Starbucks on the way. Oh, and don't have the kahones to sign your name, eh?

Dr. Chang is a very nice man. He makes you feel comfortable. He explains everything very well and gives the patient options to choose for themselves. He does what he can to help the poor people in the area. I Wish there were more Doctors like Chang and his staff. The staff was very helpful and nice also. Someone wrote that the office is dirty. That is not true. I think it was well maintained, the fish were healthy and the tank was clean. Tv to watch and books to read.

Office in Pontiac is disgusting. I can't believe a place so filthy is allowed to stay open and isn't shut down by the Health Department or whichever organization regulates dentist offices. The fish tank in the waiting room is disgusting, I can only imagine how dirty the utensils are that they use on your teeth. Would never go back there.
