Money Grab Dentist Office - Run away
I was sent to Dr. Bolinger (Conejo-Simi Endodontics) by my dentist due to an emergency tooth situation. Dr. Bolinger took an x-ray (I told them that I had an x-ray taken a few days before from my dentist and he could have gotten that from them but refused) and he also took a CT scan of the tooth. He said there was nothing he could do and sent me back to my doctor. But he charged me $255 which I paid that day, and he billed my insurance. Then months later I received another bill in the mail for an additional $80. For what? He did not even work on my tooth. This feels like a money grab and is such a rip-off, especially considering the Dr. spoke with me for 5 minutes to say there was nothing he could do to save the tooth. I had the tooth pulled by my primary dentist.

Had an abscessed tooth today. Dentist sent me to Dr. Bolinger. Set up appt for 2:00p. Called back because I forgot the time. I was transferred to REBECCA. She said I had a balance over $300 and was sent to collection in 2007. I said I never received a bill and no calls from collection. She was horribly rude and said i could not be seen unless I paid full amount! I called a more respectable endo, made an appointment, called back to cancel with Dr. Bollinger, explained why. She hung up!
