RIP OFF
MODERN DENTISTRY IN PEORIA JAIME TOBON. A GIRL CLEANED TEETH ON ONE SIDE OF FACE AND I WAS CHARGED $500.00. THEY LIED TO ME, SAID THEY WERE ACCEPT BY BLUE CROSS (DENTAL MAX) AND THEY WERE NOT AT THIS ADDRESS. ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK, KEPT RAISING PRICE OF CLEANING WHILE I WAS IN THE CHAIR. SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE COULDN'T CLEAN MY TEETH, UNLESS I HAD DONE A DEEP CLEANING. SHE ALSO SAID, IF SHE DID CLEAN MY TEETH SHE COULD LOSE HER LICENCE. I CALLED BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD AND DENTAL MAX AND THEY WERE NOT ACCEPTED BY THEM AT THIS ADDRESS OF 20403 N. LAKE PLEASANT RD, SUITE 121, PEORIA AZ 85382. THE GAVE ME A INVOICE FOR ITEMS THEY SAID NEEDED DONE AT $13000.00 NONE OF MY XRAYS OR CLEANING WAS CHARGED TO ANY INSURANCE COMPANY. JUST AFTER MONEY FROM A 76 YEAR OLD LADY.
