Every diagnosis, treatment and follow up has been excellent. The entire family now totally trusts him for prevention and cure. His referrals to other specialists have been equally excellent.

I had a disheartening experience at Franco Dental office. They initiated a crown procedure on my molar, and subsequently charged me $125.00 for the temporary crown. This was unexpected, as I was not informed beforehand that my Humana Gold Plus insurance might not cover this cost. Had I known, I could have made an informed decision about undergoing the procedure. Instead, I was left to pay $125.00 out of pocket without prior notice.However, the lack of communication regarding the extra charge significantly marred my experience.

Dr. Franco is not only a technically proficient dentist but also a conscientious and caring professional. I had a routine visit and he remembered to ask about my night guard for teeth grinding. At my prior visit, he asked me to bring it in. He described the steps to repair it and actually fixed it himself. This is not the first time Dr. Franco has remembered and followed up on my dental concerns. He always takes time to resolve issues immediately. I appreciate him and recommend him without reservation.

I am not a dentist person thanks to a bad experience with another dentist. Well I have got to say I am extremely happy that I went to the office of Dr. Jaime Franco. From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by the friendly receptionist I felt a great relief. The Dentist came out just introduce himself. I was totally impressed. I have never meet a dentist with so much patience and kindness. I would totally recommend him to anyone with no hesitation. In his office I didn't feel like a number. I am not the easiest patient because I'm a gagged when working inside my mouth and yet he never once made me feel like he was in a rush. When I was finished I apologize for keeping him from other patients and they state that the always make sure that they schedule all patients to where he has quality time for each patient. That's amazing because most places have a line in the waiting. I am truly impressed and thankful he is my dentist.
