Professional. Very. I popped a crown - they fit me in at my preferred time within a couple of days, and had me out of there in an hour. The nurse, Laura, and receptionist, Christina, were efficient and professional as well. I requested the use of the same crown if possible. Dr. Afkham assessed it, cleaned it, and replaced it. Before, he noticed I had a chunk of root from another tooth in the way somehow - and removed that quickly and efficiently. It showed up on the X-ray taken by Laura - she noticed something was odd, made sure it was clear. I'm glad it's out - that root canal was 15-20 years old, from NJ.
It was as pleasant as a dental emergency visit can be!
