This office has been amazing. Terrific with my 3 year old and I have been seeing this dentist for 10 years. He recently came in after hours when my daughter cracked her tooth on the bathtub.

My family and I went to Dr. Young for a little under a year. Dr. Young told my husband on several occasions, as he did "adjustments" on work already completed and paid for (crowns) that there was no charge....yet somehow we always got billed for an office visit anyway. When we would tell his billing staff that there would be no charge, per Dr. Young, they would insist on payment for our part (and our insurance was billed as well). So either Dr. Young makes promises he cannot keep.
