Dr. Spillers canceled treatment the month that he received final payment from insurance company. He estimated 32 months of treatment for alloy braces however he canceled treatment at 22 months. My daughter is 14 years old and he gave the reason for canceling treatment as POOR ORAL HEALTH. My daughter has impacted canines that have not erupted and treatment is behind schedule because of this fact. She will probably require many more months of treatment possibly beyond the scheduled 32 months. Dr Spillers realized he would be out of pocket for this additional treatment so he made a business decision to cancel treatment early. He happened to have made this decision the month after he received the final payment from the original plan. I am beyond disappointed. Dr Spillers is going to remove the brackets from my daughters teeth halfway thru the anticipated result. Be careful if you choose Dr Spillers. He is a business man and not a true medical professional.

No, but I received a referral for a dental surgeon that isn't in network & I have called 9 other places trying to find a surgeon & haven't had any luck. I called the office back & explained the situation & asked for a referral coordinator & was no help

My experience with Dr. Spillers has exceeded my expectations. Invisaligner treatment has gone very well with exceptional treatment, care, and explanation, from the very start. The invisaligner treatment has done so much more than improve my smile. My "bite" is even, chewing is easier, teeth-grinding has stopped, and that "TMJ" type of aching jaw, is on its way out. The Spillers team has ALWAYS been a phone call away with response to even my simplest of concerns!! No regrets!!

Living in a military town and having 3 out of my 4 children that Dr. Spillers has placed braces on it leaves me to wonder why he is not in network with any insurance company. Obviously, his patients have helped him do well for himself over the years, but how are you not in network with any insurance companies! I was not even made aware of this until a friend brought it to my attention! I will be finding an in network ortho who isn't concerned with putting money into their pocket.

My kids first visit was awesome. Great customer service. High tech equipment 3D x-rays etc. Atmosphere is kid friendly. Can't wait until our next visit.
