1st time patient,unfortunately it will be my last visit due to dissatisfaction of the administrative service.I can fairly say that the dental assistant Rachel was very pleasant & professional during my visit.Dr.Smith although I didn't spend too much time with him,wasn't able to experience his hands on work;but he was very professional,very explanatory of my examination findings.The administrative performance was horrible,no follow-up,poor submission of insurance forms,accountability & integrity.
