Does not explain the process or procedure and is more involved in not providing health care but being in cahoots with the office manager at Bright Now Dental is Kissimmee, Florida about money, and insurance which she has no idea how it works! She is unprofessional! I had to do my own research! And the form with all the risks involved was faded and unclear. I had to ask to talk to her several times to explain the process. She also refused my services after I called out sick from work. Even though I have insurance! In addition I had a sighed estimated quote which was good for 90 days! She should be more health care driven. I am never going back! Glad she didnt work on my teeth. Going to get a second opinion .
