Dr. Irina Jones, DMD

Take my advice, DON'T WASTE YOU TIME WITH THIS DENTISTS OFFICE. I've had several appointments canceled from Dr. Irina Jones' office, with little to no notice, and this last time was abhorrent. I arrived on time for my scheduled appnt. and the doors were locked and no one was inside. so I knocked on the door. no one answered for a good while. knocked harder so that someone inside could hear me. That's when the manager, Erica, came to the door yelling at me in my face (thankfully I had a mask on) saying my appnt. is canceled AGAIN. Guess she was upset because I knocked on the door too hard for her liking. When I tried explaining to her that I was trying to get someone's attention bc no one was answering for a long time, she refused to keep to the scheduled appnt. HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHILDISH BEHAVIOR!

Dr. Jones is a very knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated dentist who patiently explains options and procedures to her patients and executes her interventions spotlessly. The only drawback with this office is a very dense schedule for regular dental hygiene, so that appointments have to be made several months in advance.

Dr. Irina Jones is caring, gentle, knowledgeable specialist. I recommend Dr. Jones to family and friends. Her assistants and office staff well trained, friendly and caring.

This is the worst doctor i ever had. I wish she never touched me teeth.

I will NOT be returning here to see her or to any Coast Dental location . I was told one thing, took time off of work to have my 2 wisdom teeth extracted, and then when I arrive for my appointment, Dr. Jones clearly did not want to do the work. She is completely unprofessional and should not be trusted!!! Do not waste your time or money with her or this company! The office is old and dirty too. Completely disappointing service and i will be finding a new Dentist.
