Incompetent dentist and staff!
They changed my appointment and then the day of (17 minutes before my new assigned time) they called and asked if I could come 10Minutes before, as I was actually on my way. When I showed up they didn’t bother to acknowledge that I was early and told me to wait. Then after my cleaning they confronted me about a past due bill. I willingly paid my portion and then they criticized my insurance only to find out that they (Dr. Ulep and staff) had not given them the correct information. Shame on them! They should be revoked to practice dentistry in our community.

This was definitely the best dental experience that I have had at my fifty eight years. The doctor spent plenty of time with me come and answer every question. I could possibly have and declare me is a master of her craft. My procedures were painless and the dentist made every effort to make sure that I knew. It was happening and was as relaxed as I could be considering there was a drill in my face! It is very clear that she understands that patient comfort is the most important aspect of dentistry. I highly recommend this doctor.
