Dr. Ilona Fotek, DMD

Dr. Ilona Fotek is an outstanding holistic (whole care) dentist. She is meticulous and very thorough in her diagnosis and care of the patient, very professional, and requires the best of herself and her staff in every aspect of her practice. She is very knowledgeable and caring and also a very sweet person. The staff is friendly and professional and welcoming. I know I am in good hands with this dental practice and highly recommend them.

I fell for natural approach to dentistry of Dr Fotek.But!Definitely did not get what I paid for!I got scheduled for 2 dental cleaning. For both of them they charged me ahead of time without even performed service.Their service is extremely overpriced for the quality that it offers. It took over 45 min to take pictures of my teeth (which typically takes no longer than 10min for the same type of work) by possibly an intern or a new employee. The pictures came out blurry but they were not retaken.Super expensive holistic consultation by Fotek was $350 (is not covered by insurance) which didn’t provide much value except recommendation of natural dental products :(I was assigned for deep cleaning for my gums which was priced over $1600 !!!!! and my insurance could only cover $200 (I was told that it will be 50% so I agreed to have that service, but insurance company couldn’t cover 50% of the overpriced service).Such a rip off for average quality service! Would not recommend! :)

Dr Fotek sells a "2 hour detailed & personalized holistic oral exam" which costs $305 that is not covered by insurance. Sounds reasonable until you experience the actual "holistic" exam. My experience was truly a mess. She rushed the exam, didn't bother to examine the X-Rays sent by my previous dentist, did not explain the meridian pathways every holistic dentist is expected to do, and did not do the oral cancer screen. She also went to see another patient during the time I paid for her to examine me. When she finally returned to my care, everything was rushed. It almost felt like now that she got her $305, she just wants to get rid of me ASAP. I was also guaranteed that she can help me with my orthodontic concern (the main reason I went to see her), only to find out at the end that she is not capable of treating me. Meanwhile, her website brags she can handle the worst cases in orthodontia. When I brought my experience to her attention, she resorted to ad hominem attacks & deflection.

Dr Llona Fotek and her staff are great, I would recommend this dentist over any dentist I've ever seen. I’m really glad that I found this place. I have severe dental anxiety and Dr Fotek calmed me down. am so happy to have found such a gentle and wonderful dentist and staff!

Erica and Priscilla are wonderful. Erica handled my insurance questions pleasantly and professionally. Priscilla is the only hygienist who never caused me pain. I was very pleased with these two professionals.

I couldn't wait to get my insurance back so I would see Dr. Fotek she and her does great service anytime I see them. They always provide great service with me.

I have had the special PRIVILEGE of being a patient of Dr. Fotek's for numerous years. Dr. Fotek has superb fine motor skills, a vast fund of knowledge, exceptional chairside manners and humility. Dr. Fotek removed a mouthful of amalgam fillings numerous years ago that on the average were over 40 years old. She replaced them with composites. The procedures were painless, complication free and with finished outcome natural and esthetically pleasing. My nightguards &bridges have been exemplary

Dr. Fotek found the time to see me due to an emergency despite being completely booked. Once in the office; staff polite & welcoming. Dr. Fotek was as sweet as can be. Assessed the issue, intervened, proceeded to explain what she did & offered followup suggestions in layman’s terms. Her gentle manner, knowledge, assurance & treatment made me feel 100% better. What a treat to have met her! I feel blessed to have had such a pleasant experience during a visit to the dentist! Thank you from the ??!

Its so rare to find a dentist who stays up to date with the cutting edge of holistic technology and skill. Its just as rare to find a dentist who is gentle and truly cares about their patients long-term health. To find them both in one person is a miracle! In one visit, Dr. Fotek gave me a full porcelain crown using CEREC technology. The procedure went so fast, I didn't feel a thing and the crown fits perfectly. Thanks Dr. Fotek!

Worst experience ever! Dr Fotek is a great Dentist, very thoughtful, through, and took more than substantial time with me. The office staff, on the other hand, was brutal, difficult and treated me like cattle. Did services that were not covered by my insurance and didn't inform me of the fees I would receive later. Then my insurance was no longer accepted there, when I found a new dentist and asked for them to send over my X rays they beat me up over a tiny balance before they would release them

Dr. Fotek and her staff are pleasant and helpful. Only problem is she stopped carrying my insurance, and I am now considered "out of network." A little more expensive and more work to get reimbursed by insurance. But I wanted to stay with her.

Dr Fotek is the BEST and is super sweet and SUPER knowledgeable... The whole staff is amazing. I love that they take a more holistic route as well. 10 stars if i could.

You feel so comfortable and everything is thoroughly explained. Dr. Fotek takes the time to really talk to you and come up with a plan specific for you. The staff is all pleasant and friendly. The overall office is extremely welcoming and it really feels like they care. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Fotek is very knowledgeable and caring at the same time. She removed a mercury filling that was starting to dissolve and replaced. Her nurse was also very attentive and caring. They took extra measures to safeguard me from the mercury. Thank you!
