Dr. Ian Mort, DDS

I was looking for a new dentist for my family and am so glad I found Dr. Mort! His office is clean and staff are friendly and efficient. When my cleaning was done he gave clear and pointed feedback. Scheduled a follow up for a filling and he even “saw” my 11 month old son to get him used to the dentist. We had such a great experience!

The worst experience that I have ever had with a dentist. He convinced me to have a bridge done, it took him few tries to have the bridge fit me, and a year later the bridge broke. I went back to have it fixed and he said he cannot do it, he can only remove the middle part of the bridge and let me have 2 crowns. Now it's 2 years since he put the bridge and one of the crowns came out. I went to another dentist to have it recemented, because I don't trust him anymore, and they told me that they hope he reimbursed me when the bridge broke. I told them that he didn't, and they told me that "he is a shame for the dentistry community" and that it's the reason why people don't trust dentists. I called Dr Mort office in the day I got the crown recemented, which was 2 weeks ago, I asked to talk with the manager, she was too busy, they said she will call me back, and here we are 2 weeks later and she never called. Very, very disappointed of his service. Would not recommend him to anyone else
